For the third year in a row, NASA will be supporting the critical work of the Campus Food Bank's Community Pantry through its adopt-a-week program.
We'll be making food purchases and ensuring the pantry remains stocked for the week of July 13-17. The estimated cost of food to fill the pantry for one week is approximately $2,000.
NASA is accepting donations of cash, e-transfer, and non-perishable food items to help stock the pantry, and will match the first $500 in donations. NASA members who donate $10 or more will be entered into a draw for a NASA jacket and coffee card.
You can contribute by:
- sending an e-transfer to events@nasaunion.ca. To be eligible for the draw, please provide your full name and email address in the message field of your e-transfer.
- bringing your donation to the NASA Lunch on July 8.
- dropping off your donation at the NASA office (1200 College Plaza) until Thursday, July 16. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
If you are able to make a large group donation, please email NASA or call us at 780.439.3181 and we can arrange to visit your office to pick up your donation.
Donations after July 17 should be made directly to the Campus Food Bank.
