Bargaining
NASA and the University conduct collective bargaining using an "interest-based" approach. As a result, we do not exchange proposals in the traditional sense where each party outlines specific wording changes they want to see in the agreement. Instead, the parties outline in general terms their interests; through the bargaining process, those interests then become specific changes in collective agreement language.
Bargaining for the 2012 Collective Agreement has begun. Check this site often for bulletins, updates and other information you need to know.
